Course Overview

 

Overview, Objectives & Expectations: The World Telehealth Initiative & Cottage Health System Critical Care Medicine course is designed to train healthcare professionals in resource constrained health systems around the world in the principles of Fundamental Critical Care Support, strengthening their ability to recognize and manage life-threatening conditions. The course will run over 16 weeks, with one session occurring every other week, each lasting approximately 90–120 minutes.

Course materials will be provided through the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and learners will receive an email with access to their e-learning resources and course workbooks. Pre-course videos will be available at [link], and any required reading or preparatory videos for each session will be outlined in the curriculum below.
