Norrisa Haynes, MD, MPH, MSHP

Dr. Norrisa Haynes is a board-certified cardiologist, global health leader, and faculty member of Cardiovascular Medicine at Yale University. Her work centers on advancing equitable, patient-centered cardiovascular care through technology-enabled solutions and strengthening care delivery in resource-limited settings via training, systems development, and innovation. As President and Co-Founder of the nonprofit Global MedEd Network, she leads cross-continental teams that design sustainable, digital medical education programs empowering clinicians and patients to close gaps in cardiovascular outcomes worldwide. Dr. Haynes has spearheaded extensive capacity-building and implementation projects in Haiti, Kenya, Uganda, and Jamaica. She also brings deep expertise in echocardiography, digital health strategy, and virtual-care implementation.
